OnePlatform
Keep the books here, and let your accountant sign them off.
One system for a business and the people who run it: accounting, contacts, employees, payroll and projects, each in its own module, all on one set of records.
What is inside
Five modules. Turn on the ones you need from your workspace settings.
Accounting
Double-entry books your accountant can sign off: the sales and purchase cycles, banking, tax returns, the close, inventory and fixed assets, and consolidated statements across a group.
Contacts
One address book for the people and companies you deal with, shared across every module.
Employees
The directory, the org chart and time off — the source of truth for who works here.
Payroll
Pay runs that post to the ledger, payslips through the same renderer as invoices, and the returns that follow.
Projects
Plan and track your team's work across boards and a timeline, with workload by person.
How it is built
The parts that do not show on a screen, and matter more than the ones that do.
Your own database
Every workspace keeps its data in an isolated database — backed up nightly, restorable by a written procedure, and never mixed with anybody else’s.
Modules unlocked by plan
Turn on what you use. A plan’s stated limits are true, and usage is visible before you reach them.
Controls that hold
Per-module roles, approval rules, two-factor policy, an audit trail of everything, and books that resist deletion once they are posted.
Built to be built on
A versioned public API with workspace-issued tokens, and signed webhooks that retry and keep a delivery log.
Getting started
Three steps, and the first is the only one that needs a form.
- 1
Create an account
An email address and a password. Two-factor authentication can be required for your whole workspace afterwards.
- 2
Create a workspace
A workspace is a company. It gets its own isolated database within a few seconds of being named.
- 3
Turn on modules
Pick a plan, switch on the modules you use, and invite the people who work with you.
